Professional Development and Training courses are designed for adults (17 years and over), unless otherwise stated for a specific course. Admission to younger students is by special arrangement. Please contact us for more information.

Registration Statement

Please read your Registration Statement receipt carefully. It confirms your registration and contains details of class time, location and room number.  Please note your 9-digit Student Number in the upper left-hand corner and quote this Student Number when registering for future courses. Your Student Number allows us to correctly identify you and to ensure that your Student Record is complete.

Course Cancellations and Changes

Courses may be cancelled or changed. Every effort is made to notify you. Please provide your day, evening, and cellphone telephone numbers as well as your email address when you register, in case we need to reach you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep your student record up to date. A full refund is issued if a course is cancelled.

For most courses, fees are refundable if you withdraw at least seven days before the course starts. Extenuating circumstances may be considered for partial refunds. Note that special refund deadlines are stated for some courses, and we are unable to issue refunds after those deadlines.   A full refund is issued if a course is cancelled.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note most courses may have non-refundable Tuition, Application, and/or Material Fees.
