Negotiation Primer

Virtually all professionals must negotiate, search for solutions, build consensus and manage conflict. For these reasons negotiation skills are essential to master!

This intensive 3-hour workshop, led by Dr. Evan Hoffman, offers a practical introduction to the fundamentals of negotiation. This course covers core concepts, strategies and tools for navigating various negotiation scenarios.

With a focus on interest-based negotiation, power dynamics and fostering a positive negotiation climate, this session will give you the knowledge and techniques to achieve successful outcomes. The course features a hands-on approach, incorporating role-plays and real-world case studies to enhance learning.
